Who I am

The Space After is a coaching practice run by Hannah Dunn, a sole trader based in Bath, UK. The Space After is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC152792.

What information I collect

When you contact me through this website or by email or phone, I may collect the following personal information:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Any personal information you choose to share in your message 

Why I collect it

I collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with me, to provide coaching services. I will never use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

How I store and protect your data

Your personal information is stored securely and I take all reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access. This website and any third party services used apply industry standard security measures that are regularly updated to protect against data breaches.

Online sessions

For online sessions I use a video conferencing platform which may process your name and email address in order to send you a meeting invitation. I only use platforms that comply with UK GDPR requirements.

How long I retain your data

I will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary. If we do not proceed to work together, I will delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If we work together, I will retain relevant records for up to 7 years in line with standard UK business practice.

Who I share your data with

I do not sell, trade or share your personal information with any third parties, except where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you

• Request that I correct any inaccurate data

• Request that I delete your data

• Withdraw any consent you have given at any time

You have the right under the Data Protection Act to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about the manner in which we process your personal data. You can do so at ico.org.uk
