Based in Bath, I offer sessions online and in person — whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Coaching and therapy are different in important ways, though they can complement each other well — as some of my clients have found.
Therapy tends to focus on understanding and healing the past — exploring why you feel the way you do and working through deeper psychological issues. Coaching is more focused on the present and future — where you are now, what you want to move towards, and how to get there.
That said, my approach is gentle and unhurried. I don't rush you towards goals or action. Sometimes the most important work is simply creating the space to process and begin to understand what you need next.

You don't have to feel ready — in fact, most people who come to me don't. You simply have to feel that something needs to change, even if you're not yet sure what that looks like.
If you find yourself in that uncertain space after something significant has changed, and you're looking for somewhere safe to pause and begin to find your way, that's enough. We start from exactly where you are.
-
Before we begin any coaching work, we start with a free discovery conversation — up to an hour, and completely without obligation. This is simply a chance for you to share a little of where you are and what has brought you here. There is no agenda and no pressure. It's a chance for us both to get a sense of whether working together feels right.
If it does, we'll put together a coaching agreement that works for you — how often we meet, how many sessions to begin with, and how we work together. And if it doesn't feel right, that's completely fine too. What matters most is that you find the support that's right for you.

Every coaching journey is different and there is no fixed timeline. I offer open-ended coaching because beginnings rarely follow a set schedule.
We typically start with an initial number of sessions and review from there — most clients find meeting weekly works well, though I'm guided entirely by what suits you best. Some people find what they need in a handful of sessions, others choose to continue for longer. There is no pressure either way. What matters is that you have the space you need, for as long as you need it.

No — although my own experience of breast cancer is what led me to this work, I support anyone who finds themselves in the space after something significant has changed.
That might be illness of any kind, bereavement, divorce, a career change, children leaving home, or simply a life that no longer feels like yours. What matters is not the event itself, but where you find yourself afterwards — and the readiness to explore what comes next.

I offer sessions both online and in person — whichever feels most comfortable for you. In person sessions take place in Bath. Online sessions work just as well and mean we can work together wherever you are.
What remains constant whichever way we meet is the space itself — safe, unhurried and entirely yours.

Every coaching journey begins with a free discovery conversation of up to an hour — no commitment required.
From there, you can choose a single session or a package of six:
Single session: £85 Six session package: £475 — payable in full or in two instalments
If cost is a concern, please don't let it stop you from reaching out. I hold a small number of places at a reduced rate and I'm always happy to have an honest conversation about what's possible.
-
That's completely understandable — and you're not alone in feeling that way. Many people who come to me aren't sure at first.
The best way to find out is simply to have a conversation. The free discovery session is exactly that — a chance to talk, with no pressure and no obligation. You don't need to have made any decisions before we speak.
Coaching isn't right for everyone. If during our conversation I feel that another form of support might serve you better — whether that's therapy, counselling or something else entirely — I will always say so honestly. What matters most is that you find the right help for you.

Yes. I hold a formal coaching qualification from Optimus Coach Academy, which is triple accredited by the three leading professional bodies — the ICF, AC and EMCC. I am also working towards full accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Alongside my coaching qualification, I have a degree and masters in psychology from the University of Bath and Birkbeck University respectively, and over twenty years of experience working in leadership and organisational development within global organisations.
My academic grounding and lived experience together mean you can feel confident in the quality and integrity of the support I offer.

Getting started is simple — just reach out by email or phone and we'll find a time for a free discovery conversation that works for both of us.
There's no commitment required and no expectation that you arrive with anything prepared. Just come as you are.
